Being a woman meant being prey

This book is the kind that could help bring awareness to the femicide and horrors women go through simply because women are seen as vulnerable thing that could easily be conquered. I appreciate the authors efforts in trying to research the cases that happen around her and she went as far as interviewing the people who were close to the victims,it' s not an easy task.
However, I went in reading this book like it's gonna be an in depth investigation and I expected to be told in a linear time-line, but that not the case and it's the reason why I felt like it was kinda choppy and a tad bit messy
And pls before you read this book, look up the TWs
