Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

3.0

I wish I would have know this was the beginning of a series before I started reading it. The ending was a little unsatisfactory because of the lead-in to a sequel.

This was a good YA fantasy adventure book. I enjoyed the action and the author was particularly adept at portraying the budding romance of youth.

I read this on my Kindle 3, which was slightly disappointing because it doesn't display the pictures very well. I'd recommend grabbing a physical copy, if you're going to read it.

Some parents might like to know that there is a moderate amount of swearing, around a PG-13 level.
