Taken at Dusk by C.C. Hunter

I don't have much more to say, besides what I have already said in the reviews of the first two books.

This is, I think, the most humorous series I have ever read and if you haven't read it yet, I think you should really do it. You don't know what you're missing.

You finally find out what kind of supernatural Kylie is and that is really great, even though you still don't know what it means to be that kind of supernatural.

Hopefully, we'll know that soon.

The love triangle is going to be the main subplot making us all antsy now, I'm sure of that.

This time around, I felt like I came to know Lucas and Derek a bit more.

I told you that I knew Derek was going to regret being harsh as he was, pulling Kylie away and ending a relationship that hadn't even began and that was exactly what happened.

Derek made some really bad choices and ended up hurting Kylie and himself, but he loves her and now that he accepted that, I don't think he will ever hurt her again.

But even with all the mistakes he made, he is more deserving of her than Lucas.

He doesn't care about what kind of supernatural she is, he understands what she is feeling and that dealing with ghosts is a part of who she is and he would never back up someone who said bad things about her like Fredericka, among other things.

I truly believe all is not lost between him and Kylie.

About Lucas I have to say that the fact he and Kylie know each other since they were really young is really interesting.

They are, indeed, bonded in some way because of that.

But something feels off about him.

The fact he didn't want to be seen with Kylie, that he obsessively wants her to be a werewolf, that he doesn't understand her connection with the ghosts, that he supports Fredericka, that he gets pissed off when she does the right thing and defends Derek and even that ability he has as a werewolf to make women do what he wants, all that doesn't sit right with me.

There's something wrong about him and I'm frankly expecting the worse.
