Did not finish book. Stopped at 21%.

I really wanted to like this book! Unfortunately it is quite overwritten, with a lot of unnecessary metaphors. The main character is messy and unlikeable in a way that I couldn’t connect with, which made it hard to get invested in the book. The recipes at the end of each chapter was a nice touch though!
