Curious play that I think would be very beautiful to see staged. It is very poetic, even in translation, I cannot imagine what it sounds like in Spanish.
This edition has a timeline of Lorca's life and gives important facts about him and his plays. I believe that an understanding of him better helps your understanding of the play. I appreciated the little timeline at the beginning of the book.
