Hyperfocus: How to Be More Productive in a World of Distraction by Chris Bailey

3.0

I really liked the fact that the book brought up the subject of scatter-focus. I've read before about the need to erase distractions and adapt your environment when you want to enter a state of flow. But it was very rewarding to read about being able to put time aside especially to give the brain an active rest. Programming chaos when you need it. I found this to be a great strategy when I have long term projects.
