My second time reading through this book gave me a deeper understanding of the concepts in this book. It's now at the top of my favorite "Self-Help" books. The ideas in this book are few, but powerful. This quick read contains easily actionable things that you can incorporate into your day immediately, and see change quickly. It's only 120 pages, you can knock this out in one or two sittings - read this book!
