Overall,
The book started off a bit slow but picked up about 25% through. Why did I think this series was a duology??!! As I was coming up on the ending I was like man, this going to have to end really fast I dont think the author is going to be able to tie up all of these loose threads in a timely well thought out manner which did not make sense. Then I got to the end and I realized there is no way this was supposed to be a duology. The book is good, I liked the charachter growth and I am excited to see where the rest of the series goes.
