The Death Sculptor by Chris Carter

dark medium-paced

3.75

The third novel in the Robert Hunter series, this time Hunter and Garcia are on the trail of a killer who turns his victims into gruesome sculptures.

This one felt a little lacking in comparison to the previous books in the series. Some of the descriptions of the murders were stomach-churning (and I'm not easily disturbed), but I didn't feel a sense of tension or urgency to find the killer.

This was still a solid instalment that kept me turning the pages.
