A Vindication of the Rights of Woman by Mary Wollstonecraft

4.0

This is some classic Enlightenment philosophy, with the only main difference being that it is Feminist. Nevertheless, her clever twisting of the very principles which other Enlightenment (and counter-Enlightenment) philosophers and conservative theologians have used to subjugate women to advocate for their emancipation deserves merit. I would be hesitant to call the principles which her philosophy is founded off of revolutionary, but her application of them most certainly is, and that is why this is such a good piece of philosophy.
