She finally listened to Dear Ava and gets the hype! This book is for my fellow angst lovers, as it's not a light and fluffy YA romance. Ava and Knox are both dealing with a lot, including Ava returning to school after snitching about being sexually assaulted at a football party and then being targeted. Meanwhile, Knox is trying to care for his twin brother.

"But you can't take a beautiful, soft flower and crush it under your cleats, not when she's halfway to broken already."

Knox and Ava's relationship is a roller coaster. They hate each other, tolerate each other, give in to their feelings for each other, and then she pushes him away. These two are the definition of right person, wrong time, but this makes the ending much sweeter.

"Lee Knox Grayson, I love you till the end of time. I never stopped. I never gave up. You're my destiny. I'm yours. The universe fucking owes me, you feel me?"

I highly recommend the audiobook, as these are two of my favourite narrators.
