“there is no madhuri iyer without arjun mehta.”
he smiled at her, slowly and then all at once. “and there is no arjun mehta without you.”
this felt like watching a bollywood romcom, my favourite genre. madhuri, i don't know how to explain but i feel so seen due to you. and arjun, he's the boyfriend we all need.
overachiever gf x supportive bf is my favourite trope from now on
however, i really really disliked the third act breakup. i don't know if it's just me, but WHAT was the need to break up with arjun? he's literally the book boyfriend.
hate to be honest though, all the character development was focused on madhuri and none on arjun
