Cuddly, simplistic, and completely sincere to all of those who dreamed of opening up their own bookstore and encouraging others (young and old) to read, Louise Yates "Dog Loves Books" will be enjoyed by any reader at any level. This is strongly due to the plot, the illustrations, and the overall message of the immense amount of adventure readers can take as soon as they open the cover.
My mother and I personally loved his routine before opening, and how he never gave up with his first customers were not interested in his inventory. We talked about where and with whom we would share this book with (primarily the young children of family friends), and how this would be a great story time book given how it encourages anyone and everyone to read!
