Aside from the annoying generalizations and stereotypes, I did take a few things away that I hope to carry with me. Learning to

- Express don’t repress (if you’re angry, be angry)
- Become an observer / watcher of your emotions

Although in essence simplistic, it’s really hard to do in the moment. Hoping to practice this alongside some of his meditations moving forward.
