I gotta say, Kajii is literally the embodiment of how it is to be groomed (at least to me) and I empathise with Rika, she's strong knowing how she got back after Kajii dragged her down mentally. The section about fasting, the explanation of it... I gotta say that made me tear up. "Allah desireth for you ease, He desireth not hardship for you" , I gotta keep that close to me because in the end, all of the victim of Kajii died because they don't want to ask for help, suffering alone and in the end meet their demise or live in misery, at least that's how it seems to me. I love this book so much.
