I listened to the audio book of this, which was interesting and didn’t follow the book exactly, the author notes that up front. There are parts that I feel I missed, while pictures were described I think the visual was probably helpful, and some metaphors went over my head. It was good to learn about but I wish I had read the actual book in this instance.
