Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg

5.0

I would rate it 6 stars (out of five). Once in 10 books a great one comes along, that really moves You. And every once in 100 books you find one that you would recommend to the whole world to read. This was it for me. If You want a book with great research materials - this is NOT it. If You want a book with a lot of real life examples that make you think deeply about what is being taught, go for it. And this is not only nonviolent communication towards others - oh no, we are very critical about ourselves too - we too deserve a compassionate emphatic voice in our head, finding out our real needs, and to express them.
