Was a good start to a potentially great teen series. However I found I didn't enjoy it as much as expected, probably due to the fact that I've seen the TV series, so the twists and turns in the book were less exciting for me as I already had a fair idea of what was going to happen next.
I did have some issues with the book. But mainly the brand dropping was the most annoying. Sometimes it felt more like the author was trying to sell me something tan tell a story, which got annoying fast.
My recommendation is to read the books before watching the series, because the show is FANTASTIC and will BLOW YOUR MIND!
