It's a good feeling when you read your own work and still like it. In getting from idea to finished book, I've read it several times. I just finished my last read a week or so before release.

I love my menopausal superheroes, and I'm proud of the way this story came out. Readers who enjoyed book one and have been waiting to hear what happens next will be pleased, I think. You'll meet some fantastic new characters (Agent Sally Ann Rogers and Mary Braeburn) and be surprised by how some of the women you already love have changed (not all for the better).

Like the first book, it's part women's fiction and part comic book adventure. My villain is especially creepy and wonderful. These women have taught me a lot about storytelling and about what it means to be a woman. I'm grateful for the chance to write their story.
