I thought the over all descriptions were intriguing and a good fall tale, my favorite part is still the short frightful chase with the headless horseman which as a fantasy/ paranormal lover wish there was more of I understand that this isn't necessarily the main focus of the tale of sleepy hollow.

This is from the 18th century so it's not uncommon in literature, but there is not great descriptions of black folk in this story. Something to keep in mind if your reading for the first time.
