The mystery and the overall story of this book is really good and I enjoyed all of the reveals. To be honest I didn't really see most of it coming until the reveal which is always a great thing to me. If I can tell it's not a really big mystery then.

I loved the pacing of this and how they connected things near the end as it all made you go OH! OH MY GOD.

Most of the characters in this story are Wild. Like just genuinely terrible people or just do terrible things. This brings me to the thing that really weirded me out about this book.

Ji Lin's mother marries her stepfather and her stepfather has a son already. So Shin is her stepbrother. And the two have a relationship. Technically they aren't related by blood. It's still really weird. I don't like it it makes me feel gross. I don't like how possessive Shin is, I like How Ji Lin is basically very blunt about how she feels about some of his comments. But the relationship doesn't feel good to me.

This book is really good I just have a lot of issues with the relationship in the book. I'm interested in reading Choo's The Ghost Bride. If that one has another weird relationship Choo may not be the author for me, but I'll see.
