My Life with Murderers: Behind Bars with the World’s Most Violent Men by David Wilson

dark informative medium-paced

3.0

It took me a while to get into this book but once I did I actually really enjoyed it. I liked the pace of it and the lay out, each chapter focuses on a different aspect of murders or psychological reasonings as well as specific cases. I particularly liked how in-depth into these cases it went and how Wilson managed to explain them and then discuss multiple theories as well as sometimes first hand experiences. It’s a good starting point if you are interested in psychology or psychopaths as it’s not over complicated and provides easy information to follow. It didn’t exactly blow me away or really have me taken aback but it was certainly interesting and I would recommend!
