I listened to the audiobook of this and loved it. This book tells the story of a man trying to help a woman who murdered her husband and stopped speaking for 6 years. Theo’s motivations lead him down a dangerous road full of twists and turns to help Alicia speak again. Theo meets multiple people that that seem to have been the cause of Alicia’s “madness”. Throughout the book I kept thinking I figured it out but was not expecting the truth revealed at the end.
