This book was physically exhausting to read and I say that not in a bad way but knowing the only way it could end. Reading it knowing your destination was haunting. I thought the author wrote Maggie flawlessly. A teenage girl in the midst of first love and all that angst and thinking love can fix and heal it all. Thinking you physically can't survive without that person. The supporting characters were just that supportive and real. Not an easy subject to write or read about but it was done beautifully and real. Can't wait for book 2 but can wait for the book "angst knot" I tend to get..
