Beyond the Story: 10-Year Record of BTS by Myeongseok Kang, BTS

Wow. Okay. I'm sobbing.

As a long time part of ARMY, none of the specific circumstances mentioned within the narrative shocked me, as I was already aware of them. But getting to take a look behind the incidents and timeliness and into the minds and emotions of each members was a truly beautiful and emotional experience.

But more than the sad times, reading about their happiness, their accomplishments, their pride in each other, and their consuming sense of love for BTS as a group, the members' individuality, and for ARMYs was so consuming in its importance beauty. My heart also sored while reading over the inside meanings of so many different songs. Because as I suspected, every lyric holds so much personal depth to them. Even the songs people like to classify as typical love songs were actually written with thoughts and thanks to their fans, but fused into something others could find relation in as well.

I thoroughly lost track of how many times I cried through this book. Both over the cruelty and difficulties they endured and the kindness they have held onto despite it all. They are a personification of love and gentleness the likes of which I have never experienced before. These dudes are truly some of the greatest role models in life, both in work ethic and as examples of what humanity could and should be.
