The Quick and Dirty: A great fae-based RH with a series of trials in books 2 and 3 that will satisfy those who love HG, RQ or Selection series and enough drama, suspense and **HEAT** to keep the series interesting all the way until the end.
What I loved was the dynamic between Leralynn and the guys. It's not an insta-love story and I like that they have to overcome challenges to develop deeper relationships with one another. The completion of the trials, while a core part of the story, is not what leads to the climax of the series, which also lends itself to a more complex story arc. My one qualm is how Coal's story feels more like an afterthought. His story and his relationship with Leralynn feels unfinished, like we didn't get closure there. We got a taste of his background but nearly as much as the others. Overall a great RH series. I flew through all four books in a week!
