Baking with a Ghost by R.M. Neill

3.0

John leaves his past behind to start over in the town of Hope and to follow his dream of having a bakery. All is going well with the perfect location in the old Mill but the loneliness he feels won’t dissipate. Simon is a ghost who never crossed over and he once lived in the Mill. He is the absolute sweetest, kindest being and soon helps John in the smallest but most meaningful of ways.

Their relationship is certainly unconventional to begin with but over time circumstances allow them to finally be together and, especially in Simon’s case, get a longed for HEA.

This is an enjoyable sweet low angst read with bakery treats, the penultimate bread and two lovely main characters who certainly deserve their happiness.
