After devouring The Lady or the Lion and ending on that brutal cliffhanger, I was glad I had the sequel The Man or the Monster to dive into. There were so many twists, turns, intrigue, emotions, betrayal, and a forbidden romance. I can’t say much more without spoiling it, but I absolutely loved how interesting this book was. I could not put it down and I devoured it in one sitting.
