Broken Hearts & Zombie Parts by William Hussey

I LOVED IT, LITERALLY

I cant believe i devoured this book so quickly but I had to, it's so perfect and beautiful.
Its not merely a romantic novel but one about society and its issues, about self-love and acceptance, about forgiveness and belief in a better, and kinder, future.
Jesse is your average guy, not too stylish, not too handsome, not to social, but he dreams, he dreams of the past, the present and the future, he wishes things could be like in the old days but he knows they can't, and as the story progresses, it's shown that that's not something bad.
Making a new, fantastic zombie movie with his friends, finding a summer bf, those are Jesse's priorities, what's so funny is that in the end he realizes what we realize from the beginning, that's not what is truly important, he doesnt need to produce a new movie to prove anything to anyone, he does it because he likes it, he doesnt need to find a summer bf because, the guy he truly loves and wants, is already there, he always was.

"It's only love; Not the end of all thin
gs; Not a world torn apart
And what's love, after all?
For two undying hearts?" ♡
