Thank god for this book because I was in the middle of reading That Sick Love and needed a break from it. (I ended up DNF'ing it) This helped my mental state recover though because it was so sweet! Novellas are hard for me to sit back and enjoy because of how short they are but this was super cute. Amelia and Ishmael are best friends who have always loved each other which worked well for a novella length book. I can't deal with insta love, but them being friends to lovers remedied that issue.

Pick this up if you need a book that will make you feel all warm and gooey!
