This very much felt like a body positive and fitness spin on the movie how to loose a guy in 10 days.
Britta works for a life and health magazine when her and a coworker are asked to try out two different fitness apps.
Wes is the ceo of Fitmi. A body positive fitness app.
Wes decides to take on a client for the first time in a while and it happens to be Britta. They slowly begin to fall for each other as Britta begins her journal segment about fitmi.
Overall a very adorable, but at times hard covered topics, love story. Not only about falling love with the guy, but with your self.

Graphic: Addiction, Drug abuse, Emotional abuse, Fatphobia, and Alcohol
Moderate: Body shaming and Eating disorder
Scary side of diet culture in very unhealthy ways but it is addressed well in the book.
