legitimately, wow. firstly, absolutely stunning writing. I really enjoyed the layout of this book as well, I think the story benefits from it heavily. I found myself being so frustrated with our main character, and then the middle-end of the book I held nothing but empathy. secondly, it is such a dark and nasty subject, yet the perspective/reflection this book takes is SO unique. I rarely see it being done in media
