I found this book to be interesting but very lackluster. The author did an amazing job of setting up the environment in which the book takes place and how the environment affects the characters in the book. Outside of that I found the rest of the book to be a bit boring, the characters had very little development. It is hard to tell sometimes from who’s perspective you’re reading from.
Moderate: Rape
Content Warning: There is a rape scene close to the end of the book that can be entirely skipped. If you do not want to read it skip ahead to the beginning of chapter 31 once you can tell that the rape scene is starting.
