The Terror by Dan Simmons

Did not finish book. Stopped at 2%.
Could not abide the blatant racism and white supremacy.  At least 3 egregious examples in the first 36 minutes. It seems like it’s trying to be cute and period, but no, thank you. The suspense and mystery seemed like they were very slowly building to something great, though.
