Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke by Eric LaRocca

2.0

A dark S&M relationship conducted between two women in cyberspace with sinister consequences.
Quite an interesting concept (post the true Mark and John MSN murder maybe?) and good moments, but overall not terribly well written. The voices of the two women had zero differentiation, and I don’t think it was deliberate, and there were (sorry) moments when it really felt like a man writing queer female sexuality (badly). But, always enjoy a short book, so fine. It didn’t end how I expected either, so a point for that.
