I loved this book. I was so engrossed in this book from the very beginning. The characters immediately caught my attention and I was rooting for Max and Molly right away.
I enjoyed learning something new about Canadian history and found myself researching more after.

The writing flowed beautifully. The moments of heartache, romance, fear all seemed to sink into my body as I read. There were moments I had to put the book down and just reflect what I had just read.

Absolutely recommend if you’re into history, or romance. I can’t wait to read more of her books!
