This is such a beautiful book. I would say it is like a collection of short stories, the five main characters are loosely connected through the Library. We follow a portion of their lives where they feel stuck or unfilfilled and the librarian seems to know exactly what they need. It's quite a simple but wonderfully executed premise and I feel quite bereft that I've finished the book.
