My absolute favorite in the series!

At first I figured that I would read this book simply because it fit in with the series (which I had enjoyed). That entire view changed once I started reading. The characters and their situation felt entirely to relatable for those who have crushes who they grew up with.

Gwen is waiting for her childhood friend to return her feelings, however, things start to change once her and Brody start spending more time together via fake relationship. Neither being entirely honest about what the relationship is changing into leads to a very enjoyable story.

It was a great conclusion to the series but could also be read as a stand-alone.
