Ties the bow
This is a big responsibility for a sequel and I think this book had a lot to tie up after the cliffhanger end of the first novel. I was so glad to get to see Sam and Beatrice come into their own, and see the ways in which they grew.
There were touch points to issues we need to tackle today, and I was glad to see that too.
