How sad that poor Carley is having such a hard time at her new school. As a mother my heart was breaking as I read about how mean her supposed ex-friend and the bullying she endures from the students at her new school. I felt her mother's pain.
Little by little it is revealed why young girls are dying and how their deaths are related to the long ago horrible past and untimely death of a troubled student.
With twist and turns that sometimes can feel predictable but nevertheless keep you motivated to keep reading and get to the end of the book and figure out the mystery.
