Things I'll Never forget: Memories of a Marine in Viet Nam by James M. Dixon

4.0

Insight into the war

This was the story of a man who survived his tour in Vietnam. It had jokes but mostly days and nights of fear. It got very emotional at the end when he recounts the loss of friends he'd made.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it was badly in need of an editor. The story itself was worth the read.
