Norroway Book 2: The Queen on the High Mountain by Cat Seaton, Kit Seaton

4.0

It's been about a year since I read the first volume, so my memory of it is a bit fuzzy. However I did like the volume more than the first.

Art: Absolutely love the art here. The characters are quite expressive and some good movement and gesture. The colors are quite good too, it's not all just bright colors. The clothing designs are amazing too, I love Sibylla's get ups. As an amatuer comic artist I really enjoyed this volume because of the art. 5/5

Character: I liked the characters more here than in volume 1. Sibylla has grown more likeable, and I think is a better lead. We also get to see another side of Brom, which is interesting. I feel like the comic did a good job at fleshing out it's cast more. Harper and Dangy for example. They don't seem flat. 3.5/5

Story: Again I liked the story here better. There's some good world building thrown in, interesting plots, assisted by it's colorful characters. I think the story as a concept isn't much to write home about, but the other elements of the comic help it. Because at the end, I do want to see what happens to the cast next. And I'm quite fond of the world, the little we've seen of it. I think the story might be the weakest aspect, it's still good though. 3/5

All in all this comic series is definetly worth a read so far.
