Read for the "Uncharted Realms Society" book club on Fable. While I found certain things about the writing style to be unengaging like how I felt I was being described things rather than told what is happening Even with certain important conversation that happened in the book It still introduced a lot of concepts that I was very interested in and it had me invested in the mystery that permeated the story overall And I'm glad I stuck through some of the parts I didn't enjoy in the beginning because once it found its footing this novel really got it hooks into me I'll probably read further in the series
