Ah, these are the only 2 volumes listed and I really hope there's more because this ended on a cliffhanger!
I really love what was done with the addition of the new humans and the plot regarding the supervillains. This book is quite violent; like almost Clean Room levels of violent. And it kinda has to be to really convey how fucked everyone is. Southern Belle is one of the most powerful superhumans I've read about to be honest and I'm impressed because typically, female heroes are given some weakness to make them just weak enough that men can easily overpower them. This plot with her and Overlord was really interesting.
I really liked Cody and Tanner as characters. I'm wondering how this is going to work out with the way this volume ended. Ahhhhh, I really need the next part.
