this is only not 5 stars because it requires that you have a few more gadgets for your IP than we have, so there are several recipes I can't try. but the overall feel is definitely accessible, elegant meals that have some degree of "set it and forget it" that are what keep me going as a human/parent.
last night I made orechiette with anchovies and fennel to use up some csa fennel, and it was one of those recipes where reading the list I had NO idea if we'd all like it or not. and it was a banger!! so I have to give specific props to her for adventurous but thoughtful recipe development.
