Did not finish book. Stopped at 16%.

I've loved this author's work so far, but this one didn't work for me. I gave it a shot because it was readily available through Libby, but this was instantly insufferable to me both because of the writing and because of the way it's narrated, which enhanced how insufferable the writing was, so there was no way for me to look past it enough to enjoy it.
