Police procedural set in Belfast featuring detective Serena Flanagan who is having trouble balancing her home life (husband and two kids) with her job as an investigator.  Called in to investigate what everyone believes to be a suicide by a man who lost his legs in a gruesome car accident, something just seems off.  Why are the family photos facing away from the dead man? What’s up with the (too?) close relationship between the widow and her pastor?  Will her soon to be retired boss let her keep investigating? Will she lose her family in the process?
