Bring Me Back by Kristen Granata
4.0
I am so glad that I decided to start checking books off of my TBR because otherwise I would have missed out on this.
Phoenix and James' story is an emotional ride, but had me laughing, holding my chest, and close to crying at times. James' family adds so much to this storyline. I was invested in these characters right at the beginning when James' father is the first to arrive on the scene of a "break in".
While this book is mostly character-drive, there are some events that will have your heart racing AND a few steamy scenes that, honestly, let you see a different side to James and Phoenix.
This book does discuss depression and suicide along with some other serious topics, so please check the TW before reading.
