The beginning was slow for me, and alex was annoying because he kept repeating the same thing.
Obviously!
But i loved the book and it was amazing how everything clicked in the end, alex's death, Josie's sudden jealousy for her sister and betrayal, even Richie's sadness and "attraction" to Josie.( If you can call it that.) What really surprised me was how steely cold and calculating Josie could be. I mean, how long has she been this much of a jealous, manipulating, wannabee? Probably since her mom married Liz's dad. That's sad and not to mention no one noticed this! I mean come on! They lived with her and they didn't notice how cruel she was?
Anyway, I loved the book and the way it ended, the only thing i would've liked is if a miracle happened and she could talk to Richie and he could actually see her. That would have made my day. But the ending was good enough.
