Noches Misteriosas en Granada by Kristy Placido

2.0

I read this for class, and, honestly, it's a good read for getting used to reading in the language. It's good for expanding your vocabulary, too. As far as the actual content goes, though, it could use some work. Kevin is unbearable, Alfonso is all over the place, and Soraya couldn't be more flat. I was interested in Maria's character, but she's hardly mentioned past her introduction.

Still, I managed to enjoy the book up until the last chapter. The ending was unsatisfying, as it was literally just Kevin getting an ego stroke for being a nosy, insufferable man throughout the whole book.
